Aman aims to establish a “Zero Surprise” environment at Iris Software in his role of Vice President, Delivery Excellence. His key responsibilities include establishing a culture of predictable delivery through operational stability; and a culture of process transformation/ improvement through Lean and Agile principles. He also works to establish and sustain compliance with contractual requirements; and in ensuring alignment with customer objectives through outcome-based measurement systems. He drives the customer experience journey and measures that through six-monthly customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT).
