Great Place to Work in North America, second in a row

Iris Software has earned the Great Place to Work (GPTW) recognition in the U.S. and Canada for 2024-2025, the second consecutive year. This milestone comes soon after Iris won the GPTW certification in India for 2024-2025, the fourth time in a row.

GPTW certification is the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia, and government. It is awarded after a two-step assessment process based on employee feedback and independent analysis. This GPTW recognition underscores the company’s commitment to fostering a work culture defined by dimensions of credibility, respect, pride, fairness, and camaraderie.

Sanjiv Khanna and Sunil Puri, Co-founders, thanked employees for demonstrating passion, dedication, and the core values that have built a high-trust and high-performance culture. Along with earning the GPTW certification, the survey highlighted exceptional outcomes. Iris outperformed the benchmarks of Best Small & Medium Workplaces in some of the areas under credibility and respect. Furthermore, nearly 97% of Iris associates in the U.S. indicated that they are part of a high-trust culture that drives innovation, sustainable performance, and business agility, while a strong showing of 93% of Canadian associates indicated so.

The Great Place to Work Institute, based in Oakland, California, conducts stringent evaluations of the data collected from employers and employee surveys. Every year, more than 10,000 organizations in over 60 countries participate with the Great Place to Work Institute for assessment, benchmarking, and planning to strengthen their workplace culture.
